The Menagerie Pet Shop

The dog & cat department of the Menagerie has evolved from a relatively mundane selection of everyday pet foods, into a destination for natural and healthy ones. We have a great selection of some of the best names in natural pet foods, including holistic and raw frozen foods in every price range. You’ll find well-known brands and a number of lesser-known Canadian ones. We also have a great selection of treats for your pet, from furry little mice to giant bones and bulk treats you can purchase by the pound. Freshly potted cat grass is also available for you to provide to your cat as a healthy alternative to traditional dry treats. We don't sell dogs or cats and support shelters and rescues. If you are looking for a particular breed then do some research and contact the CKC or the CCA. They are a both great resources

   As for accessories, we have everything from leashes to boots, carriers to shampoos. You’ll find a large selection of cat trees, pet beds and grooming supplies. We stock a wide variety of specialty collars, leashes and muzzles from the utilitarian to the funky in all price ranges. We also stock pet care products that have Mother Nature in mind, including hemp and natural sourced products that are not only kind to your pet; but also kind to the earth. We have a number of products for minor ailments and annoyances that your pet may encounter, including fleas and worms, some of which are holistic. As for our cat litters, our stock includes a wide array of environmentally friendly materials.

     Finally, one of our most popular features in the dog and cat room is the do-it-yourself pet wash. Big dogs need big tubs and the one at the Menagerie is big enough for the biggest dog. We provide the towels and shampoo! You provide the fun!
